She holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, during which she conducted focused research on employee retention, linking leadership, structure, and organizational stability. This academic foundation complements her hands-on consulting work with growing SMEs.
She is a Certified Management Trainer and Consultant with the Emirates Association for Management Consultants and Trainers (EMCT) and holds a Professional Consulting certification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
